Projection-profile variance sweep over ±5° on a downscaled copy; rotate at full resolution with INTER_CUBIC and a white border.

Done: recovers the known per-page angles on Ketun joululaulu (−2.6° to +1.2° across 12 pages). Per page, not per document.
