add: Docker image and compose for containerized deploy
Multi-stage build (cgo for the SQLite logger) on debian-slim with ffmpeg, opus-tools, and ca-certificates bundled. Compose mounts ./data/config.yaml and ./data/media; SIGTERM cancels in-flight encodes cleanly.
